Meet Chef Kevin Anthony Hughes

Born into a traditional Italian-American family in New York City, Chef Kevin Hughes developed his passion for cuisine through the rich culinary traditions of his upbringing. After training at the prestigious International Culinary Center in Manhattan, he helped launch Rezdôra, internationally recognized for its Northern Italian cuisine, where he refined his understanding of regional Italian cooking and handmade pasta.

Chef Kevin furthered his training in Bologna, Italy under renowned pasta master Alessandra Spisni at La Vecchia Scuola Bolognese, immersing himself in authentic Italian gastronomy and traditional techniques. His experience also includes time at the two-Michelin-starred Atera under Ronny Emborg, Nougatine at Jean-Georges, Fiola Miami, and the acclaimed three-Michelin-starred Jordnær in Copenhagen, where he was inspired by the precision and elegance of Nordic luxury dining.

Now based in Vero Beach, Chef Kevin is the Executive Chef and Owner of Marcario Hospitality, specializing in bespoke private dining experiences, luxury catering, and curated tasting menus that blend Michelin-level technique with warm, personalized hospitality.
